| Description |
Responsible for a single point of accountability and the development, implementing of all IT related activities for IT infrastructure development, IT security, maintenance, networking system, database management and other IT functions.
• Responsible for providing IT support for hardware troubleshooting, software maintenance and its implementation as well as network infrastructure. This includes end-user training
• Oversees the daily operational activities of IT systems
• Plans and evaluate all works pertaining to professional, technical and other support staff.
• Supporting, enhancing and fine-tuning company network
• Responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining and enhancing IT system
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 1 year working experience in IT support/Admin environment is an added advantage
• Passion in gaming
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Able to maintain LAN / WAN network
• Possess good knowledge of IT with good report writing and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical ability, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge in trouble shooting skills in windows applications/ Firewall / E-mail server.
• Able to handle hardware / software / networking trouble shooting.
• Possess own transport
